They increased the prices and now they give smaller size than usual and they put very less cheese....Now i dont feel like to buy from pizza pizza.... increased the price for less??

We always order the same 8 toppings, including the complimentary sweet garlic and pepper. To our immense disappointment we learned yesterday when placing an order that this item has been discontinued.
We went ahead with our revised standard order but found that the pizza didn't have the kick that we've enjoyed for a long time.
Any plans to bring back the sweet garlic and pepper flavour enhancer?

This company should fix their online platform. Your online site dose not allow customer to pay and asks for more info!! What else do you need beside delivery address and payment info???? So useless!!! Pizza Pizza you lost a customer and never again!

For the straight third time pizza were ordered different and got different order. Moreover the customer care representative are also not responding properly and this is really very strange and i would strongly recommend other not to order pizza from pizza pizza as this is the worst service one can ever expect.

Worse experience placing an order online through their website which sucks, Worse food delivery ever. The delivery driver was late for 45 minutes and clueless. When I asked about ingredients the respond was that I am just a driver and not a cook!!!

Ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese when I got the pizza box from the delivery guy I noticed immediately it was super late and I said to him I said this is really late is this the extra cheese he reassured me it was, I didn’t want to stand there talking too long so I excepted the pizza paid him.
It was definitely not extra cheese the worst pizza I’ve ever seen in my life with the least amount of cheese and sauce on top I ever seen won’t be ordering from them in the future.

On two separate occasions was charged for pop the first time and driver did not have change had to wait for him to go to the store and come back to give me my money second night place an order charge me for three cans of pop that I did not receive when I bring it to their attention they tell me that I said I didn't want the pop why would I do that you guys are thieves and then you choose to have an argument with me about it absolutely disgraceful when a company so big will rip you off for three dollars for three cans of pop doesn't sound like much but it's the principal as I read through more and more reviews it seems to be common practice with this company

I called this evening to Customer service PIZZA PIZZA. The representative name as STEVE had absolutely no manners how to speak to the Customer, he spoke rudely to me , I had just asked him to place an order for Halal wings and he said Pizza Pizza cannot place an order for Halal options? What do you mean, you been racist on the call by saying halal options cannot be placed on the calls then why your in business. I need an explanation and need a Manager call back for an apology for been racist. Or ill go to better business bureau for further action. Poor customer service!

Tried the new non dairy cheese and still struggling with that choice. Just awful! Piled on in a gelatinous odd tasting greasy mess that overpowered my toppings. Yuck!
